The new X-2 boiler is designed to provide reliable, efficient heat and to exceed the expectation of what a value-priced boiler should be. Equipped with the same cast iron heat exchanger as the IQ Series gas boilers, it provides comparible efficiencies (84% AFUE). The X-2 isn’t a stripped-down boiler...far from it actually. It comes equipped with many standard features found on more expensive boilers. Equipment, such as a Low Water Cut- Off safety device can be built into the X-2 at the factory, saving time and money over having your heating contractor install it as an add-on later.

The “heart” of the matter

A cast iron heat exchanger is at the heart of every X-2 boiler. Crafted at a foundry in Zanesville, Ohio it is comprised of 100% recycled material and designed for years of reliable home comfort. Each cast iron heat exchanger is water and pressure tested prior to assembly in the finished boiler.
