Shipping ships to most places in the Contiguous United States. We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico unless special arrangements are made. Orders typically are shipped in 1 to 7 business days. We offer expedited shipping options. Contact us for information and quotes.

Water heaters, boilers, bathtubs, and other large items are delivered in the Metro New York area with a $75 house-truck delivery fee. Common Carrier shipping charges will be applied to deliveries outside the Metro New York area. All deliveries are curbside delivery ONLY. has no control over delivery timeframes after the material is given to UPS, FedEx, USPS, or common carriers. We will provide tracking numbers for your reference. We do curbside deliveries only.

We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly estimated before you purchase; however, at times the estimates may not be accurate. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you also have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.

$14.95 for most fedex ground shipments. Some products incur an additional handling charge, which you can see on the individual product detail page.

Free freight is not available for unconventional delivery situations such as extremely rural areas, areas requiring ferry services, or any other circumstance that causes significant additional fees for freight delivery. At we put forth our best effort to ensure that shipping costs are correctly calculated at the time you place your order; however, under some circumstances it is not possible to do so. We reserve the right to notify you after the order has been placed of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. Please note that these additional charges generally occur when shipping an item via freight. If notified of any additional charges, you have the right to cancel or make any necessary changes to your order.

Many shipments are too large, too heavy, or too fragile to be shipped via ground service and so they must be shipped by an LTL freight carrier. is not liable for damages that occur during shipment. Upon delivery, the driver will provide a delivery receipt to be signed by the customer, as acknowledgement that the goods have arrived in acceptable condition. Please inspect goods, even if packaging is in good condition. Any problems, such as damages or shortages, MUST be noted on the receipt. No claims can be made without this information and will not be held responsible for any discrepancies not specified with the carrier at time of delivery.


You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund prior to your order being shipped. Please call (973) 482-4444 to cancel an order.

Special order items are non-cancellable.


Any item purchased on, unless noted otherwise, can be returned up to 30 days of receipt of the product. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. If a return request is received after 30 days customer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the return shipping fees. All products must be returned in 'AS NEW' condition - which requires the product to be in its original packaging and in 100% resalable condition (unless the product is deemed defective). If the product has been installed and is deemed defective customer must follow the Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy, if the policy is not followed then credit or replacement may not be given. Please email [email protected] to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return. Only items returned with a pre-authorized RGA number will be credited. All returns will be refunded as soon as the item is back in the seller's possession and has been confirmed. This can take from 1 - 2 weeks after the material is received back. 

We do not, under any circumstance, accept returns on electrical items if the box, or package, has been opened.

Damaged orders

Please inspect all shipments upon delivery prior to signing for delivery. Customers are responsible for damaged products if an approval signature is received. If approval signature is received a claim can still be filed with the carrier but credit will only be issued in the amount the claim is approved, if denied no credit will be issued. Our customer service team will help you if your shipment appears to be damaged. Please refuse delivery of damaged material and notify our customer service department immediately by calling (973) 482-4444 or emailing [email protected]. Please do not sign for the material. Please contact us within 48 hours if the product is damaged.

AF Supply is not responsible for any moving/installation fees.

Special orders

We are often able to order products for our customers that are hard to find elsewhere and are outside of our regular inventory. These orders are considered custom or special orders.These orders are non-cancellable / non-returnable. A representative can help you place orders for special order items.
