About us:
We are seeking a full-time E-commerce representative to join our team! You will be working alongside a team of people, helping to manage the online order and return processes
Responsibilities:
- Answer the customer phone calls
- Following up on order status
- Responding to emails
- Processing orders
- Contacting vendors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the ecommerce/customer service
- Ability to work with a team
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skill
- Computer skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experince with SAP is a plus
