AO Smith ENJB-30 ProLine Lowboy Side-Connect 28-Gallon Electric Water Heater, 6 Yr Tank / Pts Warranty

The ProLine Lowboy Side Connect electric water heater is designed to take up as little room as possible and is the ideal choice for when installation space is limited to tight spaces such as under counters and in crawl spaces. With a 28-gallon (nominal) tank, the ENJB-30 delivers a first hour rating of 47 gallons at an Uniform Energy Factor of 0.90. The sacrificial anode helps protect the tank from the corrosive effects of water, and is accompanied by a 6-year limited tank warranty.

  • Designed for easy operation, this valve includes an integral screwdriver slot that features a 1/4 turn (open/close) radius, which not only permits full straight-through water flow but also a quick and positive shut off
  • Approved for manufactured housing - All residential electric water heaters are compliant with HUD standards for mobile homes/manufactured housing

    • Model features a convenient flat porcelain surface at 36” height, providing extra “counter space” wherever installed. All plumbing and electrical connections are made through back of water heater. This heater is equipped with a PEX cross-linked polymer dip tube
    COMPACT ELECTRIC WATER HEATERS
    • Compact design, side-mounted plumbing and electrical connections (optional top-mounted water connections for field conversion). Designed for installation under a counter, in a crawl space or in other tight spaces. Tank capacities range from 6 through 20-gallons and offer single heating element and durable tamper-resistant brass drain valve
    POINT-OF-USE ELECTRIC WATER HEATER
    • Designed for low-demand, point-of-use applications, such as office lavatories or buildings with remote restrooms. Models have 2 ½-gallon tank capacity and are equipped with a single heating element. Includes a standard 110/120V cord set with 3-prong plug and wall-mounting bracket for easy installation
